Placing an order by letter, e-mail or verbally, implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions:

ego collection only accepts verbal orders via written confirmation and will not be held responsible for any verbal errors that not are confirmed by an e-mail.

ego collection will only create work based on the photo originally chosen by the customer. Additional Design Fees will be applied if another photo is chosen after the initial design stage has been carried out. Please note that we suggest that you send in several photos for us to choose between!

ego collection reserves the right to alter prices without notice.  Orders in production will be charged according to the agreed rate upon ordering.

ego collection special offers is only valid during the given time frame and can not be used in conjunction with previous or future orders. 

ego collection has the right to sub-contract any services it agrees to perform.

ego collection will respect your color requests.  A digital design sample will be sent to you for approval. However, the colors only indicate the palette of colors used and may vary from the finished product. The image as seen on your monitor may differ slightly from the true apparel colors.

ego collection is not responsible for any clothing color combination, or the fit of models and sizes.

ego collection is not responsible for any damage to the product due to improper care.

ego collection retains all copyrights and all rights of reproduction of all images from the moment of creation, and the ordinary given a term enduring for the artist’s life, plus an additional 50 years after the artist’s death.

ego collection retains all copyrights of created artwork and clothing designs, and their use in reproduction from, i.e. limited edition prints, merchandise, and has the right to the distribution of the reproductions of the created images.

ego collection has the right to use created images publicly for advertising and promotional displays.

Commercial use, or reproduction, of created artwork and clothing design by ego collection is prohibited without express permission of ego collection (licensing fee may apply). Please contact us directly with any commercial use inquiries.
