The quality of the design is directly related to the original photo.

special tips

When ordering please send in several photos in order for us to choose the best one for your design. Please avoid sending in blurry photos or photos with uneven shades:

>> Choose sharp, well focused photos.

>> Try to send in photos that capture personality.

>> Don’t worry about the background or if other people or objects are in the photo, we will crop the image.

>> If you take a picture specially for the occasion,  please bear in mind that as per our experience, the best poses for ego collection designs are those that are taken slightly from above where the person in the picture looks up at the camara.

digital photos

If you send in digital photos by e-mail the resolution must have at least 300dpi (dots per inch), or file size 1MB. The preferred format is jpg (with no compression). Please do not crop any images before sending them in, we will make any necessary adjustments ourselves.  

If you choose to send in more than one photo please send them in separate e-mails in order to avoid to heavy e-mails. Please mark all the e-mails with the same subject.  

paper copies

If you send in paper copies of a photo we will do the scanning for you. Please include a reference of your order, your contact details (name, address, e-mail and phone number). Your original photo will be returned to you with your completed design.

ego collection will not be responsible for requesting the right to use any original photos that are sent in and will assume that the customer has the permission.
